Luv U Lots!

March 9, 1989—December 28, 2004

Our beloved daughter, Caitlin, died of, previously undetected, acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL), on December 28, 2004. Her death was sudden and totally unexpected. The leukemia diagnosis was made less than 24 hours earlier. Caitlin died peacefully and without suffering.

A memorial service in celebration of Caitlin’s life was held on December 31, 2004, at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Olney, Maryland.

Caitlin was cremated. Her ashes were interred on March 5, 2005, in the memorial garden at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Brighton, Maryland.

Caitlin’s message to all of us is, "live life to the fullest, every day, with love and laughter."

This site is dedicated to keeping Caitlin's memory alive for all who knew her. It is also here for others who may have experienced a similar loss.

May peace be with you.

Alex and Marty Dunbar
